About me

Walt has a BS in Speech Communication and Social Studies from Texas A&M at Commerce. As a Texas Certified teacher, he has taught both high school and college courses.

Walt has an extensive business background, including owning the Whataburger Franchise for Austin. Currently, he, and his wife, Emily, have a successful twenty- year-old Internet based company, specializing in the field of health and nutrition. Walt will be working along side other local business leaders to prepare students for the real-world through the E3 Academy Career and Entrepreneurship program.
